Ombré Powder Brows are a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo technique that uses a digital machine to deposit pigment in soft, pixelated layers rather than creating individual hairstrokes.
The colour is built gradually through the brow, typically remaining softer through the front and becoming more defined towards the arch and tail. This creates the appearance of brows that have been carefully filled with powder makeup, without a harsh front edge or solid outline.
The depth of colour can be tailored to you, from a subtle wash of definition to a fuller, more polished finish.

Rather than creating a solid block of pigment, the powder technique uses fine, pixelated shading to build colour gradually through the brow.
Your artist controls the placement and density of the shading throughout the treatment, allowing the front of the brow to remain softer while building greater definition through the arch and tail where needed.
For Combination Brows, hairstrokes are incorporated alongside the shading to create additional texture and dimension.

02. Your treatment
Once you are happy with the design, your artist begins building the pigment gradually through the brow. For Ombré Brows, the focus is on soft, graduated shading. For Combination Brows, hairstrokes and shading are blended together to create the chosen level of texture and definition.
03. Healing & perfecting
Your brows will initially appear darker and more defined than the final healed result. As the skin heals, the pigment softens and settles. You’ll follow the aftercare guidance provided by your artist before returning for your perfecting appointment.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Ombré & Powder Brows healing
Fresh Ombré Brows will usually appear darker and stronger immediately after treatment than they will once healed. This is a normal part of the process.
As the skin begins to recover, you may notice the brows soften, flake or temporarily appear lighter before the pigment settles into its healed colour. Everyone’s skin responds a little differently, so the exact healing timeline can vary.
Following the aftercare instructions provided by your artist is important while the area heals. This generally includes keeping the brows clean and appropriately dry, avoiding makeup and active skincare directly over the treated area, limiting heavy sweating and avoiding picking or scratching any flaking skin.
Your perfecting appointment gives your artist the opportunity to review pigment retention and make any refinements needed once the initial healing process is complete.
