Think of it as the ease of having a soft lip tint already there when you wake up. The healed finish is more delicate and translucent than traditional lipstick, but it can give the lips a more polished appearance without relying on daily colour or constant reapplication.
Lip Blush can also create greater definition around the lip border and improve the appearance of uneven colour, helping the lips look more balanced while still maintaining their natural character.

Your shade can be kept beautifully soft or built to create a more visible tint, depending on the look you prefer. Once healed, the result is designed to sit naturally with your colouring rather than look like a heavy layer of makeup.
Lip Blush can last up to 2 to 3 years, although longevity varies depending on your skin, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare and individual pigment retention.
You can still wear lipstick whenever you feel like it. You simply have a more defined, softly coloured base underneath when you do not.

Lip Blush
Lip Blush is designed for clients wanting to enhance their natural lip colour, add definition and create a softly tinted finish. Pigment is customised to your colouring and the result you would like to achieve.
Dark Lip Neutralisation
Dark Lip Neutralisation is a specialised colour-correction treatment for suitable clients with deeper, cooler-toned or uneven natural lip pigmentation.
Rather than immediately applying the final desired shade, the first priority is neutralising unwanted undertones and creating a more balanced base. This can require more than one session before your chosen lip colour is introduced.
If you are unsure which treatment you need, you do not have to decide before booking. Your artist can assess your natural lip tone and recommend the most suitable approach.
CUSTOM COLOUR
A shade chosen for you, not from a template
Beautiful Lip Blush begins with choosing colour carefully.
Your artist considers your natural lip tone, skin tone, undertones and the finish you are drawn to before selecting and customising your pigment.
You may want something very close to your natural colour with a little more warmth and definition, or you may prefer a rosier, peachier or deeper tint that gives the lips more presence without looking overly saturated.
Fresh pigment will appear stronger immediately after your appointment and gradually soften as the lips heal. The healed colour is the result we are designing for, not the intensity you see on day one.

DARK LIP NEUTRALISATION
A considered approach to deeper or uneven lip pigmentation
Dark Lip Neutralisation requires a different treatment plan from standard Lip Blush.
For suitable clients with deeper, cooler or uneven pigmentation, carefully selected corrective pigments are used to help neutralise the existing lip tone and work towards a more balanced base.
More than one neutralisation session may be required. The early stages of treatment are focused on colour correction rather than immediately creating the final desired shade. Once the base has responded appropriately, your artist can begin working towards your preferred lip colour.
Because every natural lip tone responds differently, your treatment plan and expected number of sessions will be discussed during consultation.

Your Lip Blush Appointment
01. Consultation & colour selection
Your appointment begins with a discussion about your natural lip colour, the shades you are drawn to and how soft or noticeable you would like the healed result to be.
If you are considering Dark Lip Neutralisation, your artist will assess your natural pigmentation before recommending a treatment plan.
02. Your treatment
Once your pigment and treatment approach have been selected, topical numbing is applied and your artist begins carefully depositing colour throughout the lips.
Immediately afterwards, your lips will appear brighter and more saturated than the finished healed result. Some swelling can also occur.
03. Healing & perfecting
The lips generally complete their initial healing within around 5 to 7 days, while the colour continues to soften and settle over the following weeks. It may take up to 8 weeks for the final colour to fully develop.
Your perfecting appointment is scheduled once the lips have had sufficient time to settle.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Lip Blush healing
Fresh Lip Blush will look brighter and more intense than the colour you selected. This is normal and not an indication of the final result.
For the first few days, the colour may resemble a more noticeable lipstick shade. Any swelling generally settles within the first day or two, while the lips typically complete their initial healing within approximately 5 to 7 days.
As the lips heal, the colour softens considerably. M Brows’ current client guidance notes that healed colour can appear up to 60% softer than the initial fresh result, and pigment may continue developing for up to 8 weeks.
This settling period is why we assess your final colour only after the lips have fully healed rather than judging the result during the first week.
