REQUIREMENTS BEFORE EYEBROW APPOINTMENT:

  • Stop using actives ingredients for skin care: retinol, BHA ..etc
  • No brow waxing 24 hours before the appointment
  • Don’t take any pain relief or panadol
  • Facial treatments such as needling and laser need to be done 2 weeks before the appointment
  • TREATMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMAN

During Eyebrows Procedure:

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE FIRST WEEK:

  • Pre numb
  • Pre-drawing eyebrows shape before microblading or digital machine hair strokes
  • Eyebrows colour will be 40% darker
  • Scabbing could start after roughly 3 days
  • The Eyebrows might look patchy
  • The healing time will be around 7-10 days.

Eyebrows will last for 1-1,5 years, depending on your skin type; oily skin tends to fade quicker. You should get the eyebrows to retouch every 10-12 months if you want to keep the shape.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by M Brows & Beauty. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of cosmetic tattoo services by M Brows & Beauty. By booking an appointment or availing of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Appointment Booking

  • Non- refundable deposit is required
  • a. Appointments can be made by calling us, booking online through our website, or sending us a message via Instagram.
  • b. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • a. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.
  • b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • c. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
  • d. Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend your appointment, you must pay another full deposit to rebook. Please be mindful of your artist’s time & also of other potential clients.
  • e. Deposit is non-refundable if cancel your appointment

3. Consultation:

  • a. A consultation is required before any cosmetic tattoo service.
  • b. During the consultation, our technician will assess your suitability for the chosen service, discuss expectations, and provide relevant information.

4. Pricing and Payment:

  • a. Prices for cosmetic tattoo services are disclosed on our website, and any additional charges will be communicated before the service.
  • b. $100/person deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment is due during service and can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or as otherwise agreed. If you bring cash, you can avoid the +2% surcharge EFTPOS fee.

5. Results and Expectations:

  • a. Results of cosmetic tattoo services can vary depending on individual factors, such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
  • b. We strive to achieve your desired results, but it is essential to understand that cosmetic tattooing is an art, and some may have different outcomes.

6. Aftercare:

  • a. Following the aftercare instructions provided by our technician is essential for optimal healing and long-lasting results.
  • b. M Brows & Beauty cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from the client's failure to follow the aftercare instructions.

7. Liability:

  • a. M Brows & Beauty and our technicians shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from the cosmetic tattoo services unless caused by negligence.

8. Refunds and Corrections

  • a. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
  • b. Corrections, if necessary, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of M Brows & Beauty.

9. Confidentiality

  • a. M Brows & Beauty respects your privacy and treats all client information as confidential, following applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Law:

  • a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
  • b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction].
