1. Eyebrows

  • Allow freshly eyebrows seven to ten days to heal. By the second day, you should be feeling better with the sensitivity stopping shortly. The redness can take up 3 days to resolve. Swelling will impact their symmetry over the next week.
  • Don’t be worried if the strokes have disappeared/missing/flaking off, it takes the pigment roughly 4 weeks to resurface.
  • For the first 4 to 6 days the eyebrows will appear bold and dark, the colour will drop by 40 percent and thickness by 10 to 15 percent when healed.

2. Lip Blush

  • Lip Blushing typically requires 5-7 days to heal.
  • The colour may appear dark for approximately 3 days, like wearing lipstick.
  • Any swelling, if present, typically subsides within 1-2 days.
  • This procedure results in a soft and natural look, with the colour potentially fading by up to 60% after healing.
  • Unlike eyebrows, Lip Blushing may take up to 8 weeks for the colour to fully settle.
  • If you have a history of Cold Sore on your lips, most likely you will have it again after the procedure.

3. Eyeliner

  • The healing process for eyeliner tattoo typically takes 7 days.
  • During the healing process for an eyeliner tattoo, there are several common experiences to expect.
  • Initially, you may notice some swelling, which can be comparable to the swelling experienced when crying. This swelling typically subsides within a few days.
  • Additionally, you may observe some tenderness or mild discomfort in the treated area.
  • The colour of the eyeliner may appear darker than the desired shade during the first few days following the procedure.
  • Patience is essential as the colour will soften and settle into the desired shade as the healing progresses.
  • It’s important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the tattoo artist to ensure optimal healing and long-lasting results.

When it comes to cosmetic tattooing, guaranteeing specific outcomes is challenging due to the variable nature of individual skin types and responses to pigment. Factors such as skin characteristics, the body’s natural healing processes, and individual aftercare routines can all influence the appearance and longevity of cosmetic tattoos. There is no guarantee about the final outcome.

It is recommended to schedule the first touch-up session 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure to optimize the result. Due to natural variations in the healing process, some clients may find it beneficial to undergo a second touch-up.

  • Typically, cosmetic tattooing, such as for eyebrows and lips, can maintain its appearance for up to 2 years. The longevity of the tattoo may vary based on factors such as chosen pigment, individual skin conditions, lifestyle, and other
  • variables. We advise clients to consider an annual touch-up to revitalize the colour.
  • eyeliner tattooing may exhibit greater staying power, often lasting between 3-5 years, compared to eyebrow and lip blushing procedures.

Allergic reactions to pigments are very rare, but they do happen. A patch test done before the procedure eliminates this possibility.
